The price of the mansion for sale has been reduced.

The sale price of the İstapan Mansion, located on the Yeniköy coast in Sarıyer, Istanbul, has been updated from 27 million USD to 22 million TL.

The first owner of the mansion, built during the Ottoman period, was the Armenian tea merchant İstapan.

Later, Dr. Hulusi Behçet purchased the mansion.

Located on Köybaşı Street, this mansion has a unique architecture reminiscent of a pavilion.

Built on a masonry service floor, the structure is designed with three floors in some sections and two in others, exhibiting a stepped and dynamic mass arrangement.

The curved ironwork and lattice details at the entrance, the elegant motifs on the balcony railings, the low-arched and latticed window arrangement on the land facade, and the beveled corner balcony on the sea facade are among the striking architectural elements.

The octagonal tower-like element rising above the balcony reinforces the character of the building.

All these details reveal that the building is one of the distinguished examples reflecting the geometric interpretation of the Art Nouveau movement in Istanbul.
